This boutique development of mixed office upper levels with retail at ground floor is located on a corner site in Neutral Bay, Sydney. The building derives its complex roof form from the local council height limits for the site that differ between the two frontages.
It has three storeys comprising concrete floors, with roof generated by structural steel and the striking building form is zinc clad. With surfaces built to the allowable building envelope using this tapering building form and complex structural solution, floor space was maximized to the benefit of the development and client.
