As part of the planned upgrades of Hall Street and Gould Lane in one of the busiest areas of Bondi, this project of mixed commercial and upper level small apartments features concrete framed construction and sensitive excavation support along with feature planters to external balconies. The 5 storey multi residential building was designed to suit the areas demographic while maximising the amenity of residents both long and short term in this busy area.
