Coastal Garden House

New house on a steep coastal site at Bronte with a focus on achieving a consistent and imperfect ‘rough’ concrete finish to the walls. The structure comprises exposed concrete walls, slabs and soffit’s with cantilever full storey height structural ends to the upper level of the main residence. This feature residence also includes a new suspended pool, fine edge roof cabana building with all structures set within a deep, lush garden setting.
