A remodeling project on an ugly duckling brick duplex. The works involved alterations to internal layouts to open up the living and the entertaining spaces to dramatic effect. Structural zones for new steelwork were minimised by careful placement of new vertical elements concealed within joinery. A successful project on a small budget.
