This new five storey student accommodation building at Macquarie University is within the Epping- Chatswood railway corridor and required sensitive foundation design to allow for the adjacent underground rail tunnel. The structure of the 102 bed facility comprises post tensioned concrete suspended floors and detailed façade features.
