This project involved the refurbishment and extensions to a heritage listed office building in Sydney’s CBD to provide premium grade office space.

The work included the insertion of a new core, strengthening of the building for earthquake loadings, new amenities and two additional floors. The additional floors were designed in composite steel and concrete to aid construction and keep additional loads exerted to the original structure to a minimum.
